Terms of Service (Advize)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Advize (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Advize is an analytics platform that integrates with Meta (Facebook) APIs to help users:

• View their Facebook Pages and ad accounts;
• Access engagement and performance data;
• Analyze creative assets and advertising campaign performance.
• Generate creative assets and predict creative performance.

You must connect your Meta account and authorize specified permissions to use the Service. Advize does not place, buy, or manage ads on your behalf. It only reads and analyzes data you authorize.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction);
• Have authority to grant access or view the Meta assets connected;
• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You must not use Advize in a way that would cause Advize to breach those policies.

5. Accounts & Access

• Account Security: Keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• SSO/OAuth: Where enabled, you agree to the third-party SSO provider’s terms.
• Access Revocation: You may revoke Advize’s access via Meta Business Manager at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights (including Meta’s policies);
• Scrape, mine, or export data in violation of Meta’s or other platforms’ terms;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or disrupt the Service;
• Use bots or automated means to access endpoints outside our documented APIs;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that degrade service stability or breach policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Advize, its logo, software, documentation, and all non-customer materials are owned by Advize or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms. You retain ownership of content and data you import, subject to the licenses below.

8. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Advize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

9. Customer Data; Roles

• Customer Data: Data you connect or upload (e.g., Page/Ad account IDs, creative metadata, insights).
• Roles: For Customer Data, Advize acts as a Data Processor under applicable privacy laws; you are the Data Controller. For account/billing/support data about you, Advize is the Data Controller.
• Usage: We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service, per your instructions and our Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only as necessary to perform obligations under these Terms.

11. Fees & Payment (if applicable)

If on a paid plan, you agree to pay fees per the order form/pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Late amounts may accrue interest as permitted by law.

12. Beta Features

We may label features as “Beta,” “Preview,” or similar. They are provided “as is,” may change, and may be discontinued without notice.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Meta). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Advize is not responsible for third-party services.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, violate platform policies, or risk service integrity/security. You may terminate at any time; upon termination, we will handle Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ACCURACY OF THIRD-PARTY DATA (INCLUDING META).

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVIZE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

17. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Advize harmless against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of laws or third-party/platform terms.

18. Export & Sanctions

You represent that you are not on any restricted list and will not use the Service in embargoed countries or for prohibited purposes.

19. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

20. Changes

We may modify these Terms with notice. Material changes will be highlighted on our website/app.
